EVALUATION OF CHANGES IN THE AMOUNT OF INTERLEUKIN-6 WHEN USING THE GEPON IMMUNOMODULATOR IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH SKIN LEISHMANIASIS IN THE BUKHARA REGION

Resume

Our observation was carried out in 43 patients with cutaneous (zoonotic) leishmaniasis aged 2 to 44 years. In all infected, the diagnosis of cutaneous (zoonotic) leishmaniasis was confirmed by clinical, epidemiological and parasitological methods.

In 10 healthy individuals, 12 patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis who received conventional medical treatment (control group) and 43 patients after 15 days of local and oral administration of the Gepon immunomodulator (main group), significant changes in the level of interleukin 6 in the blood were found in the main group of patients.
