COMPARISON OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRE-PREGNANCY PREPARATION OF WOMEN WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS FOR IN VITRO FERTILIZATION

Resume

The problem of overcoming infertility in women with endometriosis is more urgent than ever, and solving the issues of optimal timely pre-pregnancy preparation for ART in such patients will contribute to improving the results at the stages of in vitro fertilization (IVF), oogenesis and embryogenesis. Aim: to evaluate the effectiveness of various methods of pre-pregnancy preparation of women with ovarian endometriosis for IVF in a comparative aspect. Material and methods of research. Clinical observations were carried out in the period 2021-2023. We examined 68 women of reproductive age 24-35 years with ovarian endometriosis (EO) as the main cause of infertility, which prompted them to contact the gynecological and reproductive departments of the clinic. Results. After the pregravidary preparation in each group, the intensity of complaints decreased within 9-16% by points, while the trend of their frequency did not change as a whole.
