Resume

The problem of miscarriage continues to occupy one of the first places among the most important tasks of obstetrics and gynecology and is of great medical and social importance. Clinical, morphological and immunohistochemical features of the structure of the endometrium may be the basis of this pathology, and therefore it is very important to study its normal features and structure in healthy women of reproductive age. And only on the basis of these parameters can one prove a change from the norm and understand the cause of miscarriage from a pathomorphological point of view.
