Resume,

The use of antibiotics and other antibacterial drugs in the treatment of purulent diseases of the ENT organs by oral, intramuscular and even intravenous administration does not always have a sufficient effect. The main reason for this is the impossibility of using traditional methods to create an effective dose of a drug with sufficient exposure to inflammation in the focus.

The advantages of lymphological therapy, given the role of the lymphatic system in the development of inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, served as an impetus for experimental studies to clarify the structure of the lymphatic system of the nose and the paranasal sinuses of its connections with the lymphatic vessels of other organs and to substantiate the possibilities of conducting lymphatic therapy for diseases of the paranasal sinuses.
