Resume,

The article presents the results of a study of the efficiency of the use of the neuroprotectorciticoline (somazine) on the efficiency of recovery in patients with ischemic stroke (IS). To perform the tasks set, the results of a survey of 60 patients with an early recovery period hemisphere (IS) are presented. The main group included 40 patients; men (27) and women (33) aged 18 to 70 years. The control group consisted of 20 patients who did not receive a citicoline. It was conducted a physical examination and assessment of vital functions. An evaluation of the results of the CT scan of MRI was made. Assessment of the state of consciousness on the Glasgow coma scale, assessment of the severity of stroke on the scale of NESS on each visitation. Laboratory studies: 1 A detailed general blood test and a general analysis of urine. Biochemical blood test. The use of citicoline (somazine) in patients with hemisphere (IS), significantly improves the indicators of rotten functions, which in turn positively affects the efficiency of recovery measures and indirectly improves the cerebral perfusion.
