Resume,
Atherosclerotic lesions of the arteries are among the most significant factors leading to the development of stroke. Accurate examination of patients and early exposing of atherosclerosis promotes to the timely prescription of treatment, which allows improving the results of therapy and quality of life.
Key words: cerebral vascular diseases, occlusive carotid lesions, atherosclerotic lesions of the arteries, disorders of cerebral circulation.
