Resume,

In the work, for the first time, the frequency, main indications, the proportion of ovariectomy in the structure of surgical interventions in women of reproductive age in Andijan were determined; For the first time, features of the clinical course of postovaroectomy syndrome depending on the volume of the operation were identified and the main aspects of the quality of life in women of the reproductive period after ovariectomy were studied depending on hormonal rehabilitation.
