CHANGES IN THE FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF THE LIVER IN RHINOSINUSITIS IN CHILDREN WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

Resume,

The paper presents the results of the observation of 60 patients, children with chronic rhinosinusitis against the background of chronic hepatitis B. With the help of clinical, laboratory and instrumental methods of research, the features of the condition of the paranasal sinuses in children with co-infection have been identified.

The relationship of clinical, biochemical and instrumental signs of liver damage, as well as the involvement of autoimmune processes in the formation of organopathology in chronic rhinosinusitis are shown.
