Resume,

Cushing’s syndrome is a very severe, rare disease accompanying by many specific symptoms, developing owing increased secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) from the anterior pituitary. Without proper treatment half of the patients with expressive clinical symptoms die during 5 years from the start of disease. In the article is presented a case of diagnostics of Cushing syndrome: Uzbek male 39 years old with extensive clinical picture and great number o complications.
