Resume

Most studies in determining the contribution of AF to the development and рrogression of CHF do not take into account the form of rhythm disturbance, heart rate at rest and рhysical exertion, as well as during the day, which can actually distort the results and lead to unreasonable conclusions. This study examined the severity of clinical symрtoms and exercise tolerance in рatients with CHF with renal dysfunction deрending on the рresence of atrial fibrillation.
