Resume,

This work was aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and acceptability of the argon plasma ablation method in the comðlex treatment of 36 women aged 18 to 52 years old with a diagnosis of vulvar and vaginal condylomatosis. The study showed the high efficiency of complex therapy for patients with genital warts of the anogenital region using the method of argon plasma ablation (apparatus Fotek EA141) in combination with systemic and local antiviral and immunomodulating therapy. The indicated therapy made it possible to achieve not only a complete regression of skin rashes, but also the elimination of HPV of high oncogenic risk.
