CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD IN WOMEN IN THE POSTPARTUM PERIOD

Resume

According to the author’s research, in the postpartum period, there is a relative and absolute neutrophilia in the blood, as well as a decrease in the relative and total number of lymphocytes. In 27% of women on the 3rd day after delivery, eosinophils were not detected in ointments. The maximum number of eosinophils was 3% (average 1.3%), and the number of monocytes was 3.7% on average. The presence of metamylocyte in the leukocyte formula, the appearance of myocytes, an increase in the number of rod-shaped neutrophils by more than 6% indicates its regenerative shift to the left. It was noted that the stabilization of hematological parameters begins from the 7th day after birth and continues until the 30th day after birth.  The scientific significance of the author’s article, which reflects the results of this study, lies in the results of scientific analysis in the Uzbek language.
