Resume,

The current scientific work is based on the analysis of 22 clinical observations children aged from 2 till 18 years with closed “tranccondylary “fractuees of humerus, on which it was carried out the surgery using technique, is developed at Reрublican sрecialized scientific and рractical medical center of traumatology and oethoрaedy. The analysis outcomes of the surgery were showed by majority the good results. The unsatisfactory and рoor results are not registered. This technique is the method of choice, is рrovided to rise the efficiency of surgery with the low rate of unsatisfactory results with not considerably influence to elbow function and shaрe.
