EVALUATION OF VASCULAR TISSUE DISORDERS AND REGIONAL BLEEDING BY PRCHRONIC REDICATED PREPARATED ATPHOSIS

Resume,

The authors set a goal: the study of the content of histamine, cytokine and рroteases in the blood in рatients with CHRAS. The material was an examination of more than 200 рatients with seasonal allergic rhinitis for the рeriod from 2016 to 2018 at the Deрartment of Dentisry of the Bukhara Medical Institute, out of 200 рatients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, 112 patients (group 1) and 88 patients with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis (CPAS) (2 group). In this case, the clinical symptoms of the disease, allergic history were taken into account; Allergological examination data; laboratory examination data (increase in total IgE). The diagnosis of CHRAS was also made if patients had such complaints as the occurrence of itching and aft tongue or oral mucosa, abdominal pain, after many multiple episodes of clinical manifestations of allergies to certain products.

Method for the determination of diaminoxidase (DAO): the concentration of diaminoxidase in the blood serum was measured by the enzyme immunoassay on the COBAS-411 immunoassay analyzer (ROSH). The study of histamine was carried out from a deproteinized sample with organic solvents in the presence of NaOH and NaCl (to bind AK) with reextraction into acid. The components were identified by GC-MS. To determine histamine, calibration solutions were prepared with concentrations of 0. 1.0. 5, 1. 0.5. 0.10.0 ng / ml in 0.1 HC1. Histamine elute 4 ml of 0.1 N. hydrochloric acid at a speed of movement of the eluting solution of 0.4 ml / min the results were expressed in pmol / L.

The result of the study is a modern criterion for the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases of periodontal tissues, and it can serve as a criterion for determining the individual effectiveness of treatment of periodontal diseases.
