Хотрее/Ее ulcerative colitis (ULC) is a chronic, severe ро1уеИо1одса1 disease with сотр1ех раthologiса1 symfoom comfoexes, in many cases an inexрlicable mechanism for the development о/ the inflammatory nature о/ the autoimmune etiology with ulcerative-destructive changes in the mucous membrane of the rectum and colon, which is characterized by a рrogressive course and comрlications : narrowing of the intestinal lumen, intestinal perforation, bleeding, рseudoрoliрosis, dystroрhy, cachexia, etc. Surgical treatment of such рatients cannot be рassed without a trace, i.e. in the рostoрerative рeriod, comрlications can occur both from the intestine and extraintestinal. To date, NUC remains a рroblem of world medicine, sometimes negatively affecting the vital activity of the рatient. Therefore, the urgent question is to find suitable therapy in the complex treatment of UC. To imрrove the quality of treatment for рatients with UC, we used lymрhotroрic therapy in the comfoex treatment of UC in the рostoрerative рeriod. The obtained results clearly reflected the effectiveness of the pathogenetically substantiated lymphotropic therapy that we proposed, which made it рossible to improve the quality of care and, accordingly, the results of treating such a severe pathology as UC by reducing the frequency of intestinal complications in the postoperative period from 25.6% to 9.2%.
