Resume,

This article presents the results of the study according to the data of the Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology in Tashkent. We examined 52 premature babies with gestational age from 26 to 35 weeks, we divided them into 2 groups: 1 group (main group) -42 newborns (low birth weight premature babies to gestation period), 2 group (comparison group) – small premature babies corresponding to the gestational age of -10 newborns. The average gestational age of children in-group 1 was 29.3 ± 3.5 weeks, body weight at birth – 1385.7 ± 476.4 g, boys were 62%, and girls – 38%. For children of group 2, the gestational age at birth was 34.7 ± 1.1 weeks, and the weight was 2403.6 ± 381.3g, of which 70% were boys, and 30% were girls.
