Resume,

The authors believe that measures to improve eating habits and increase daily physical activity to promote a healthy lifestyle are the best options for overweight and obesity, and provide the latest global analysis of scientific research, supported by psychological support.

Key words: Overweight, dangerous obesity, obesity, randomization, motivation, gene mutation, polymorphic variants of genes, triglycerides, apolipoproteins A and B, arterial hypertension, ischemic stroke, Townsend index.
