Resume,

The percentage of preterm birth in HIV-infected patients is much higher than in the population. HIV infection is a risk factor for preterm birth. Among pregnancy complications in HIV-infected women, there is often a threat of interruption, placental insufficiency, and fetal growth retardation. Among the pathologies of newborns, fetal growth retardation and damage to the central nervous system were leading.
