Resume,

The results of the study indicate that HIV infection in the examined children was characterized by a different rate of progression. In 19.8% of patients, there was a variant of the rapid course of the disease, in which the stage of secondary diseases 4B (AIDS) developed during the first two years from the onset of the disease. When comparing anamnestic, clinical and immunological data, taking into account the rate of progression of the infectious process, significant differences were identified for a number of indicators.

Key words: HIV, helminthiasis, infection, children, helminthic invasion.
