Resume,

The existing options for thoracoplasty are sufficiently developed, but the results do not completely satisfy the operating surgeons, the problem of choosing the method of fixation of the sterno-costal complex after thoracoplasty remains unresolved. By our proposed method, 72 sick children with this pathology were operated on. When studying the long-term results of operated children, unsatisfactory results were not noted.
