Resume,

The aim of our study was to study the state of central hemodynamics and the hemostatic system in pregnant women with preeclampsia of varying severity. This work is based on the results of a survey of 200 women in 30-34 weeks of pregnancy. When examining pregnant women with a physiological and complicated course of pregnancy, it was found that during physiological pregnancy and during its pathological course, a slight increase in the activity of factors and central hemodynamic occurs. With an increase in the severity of preeclampsia in women, hyperactive coagulation increases, with an increase in fibrinogen and soluble fibrin-monomer complexes (SFMC), an increase in Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), this indicates a more pronounced than in physiological pregnancy, increased activity of the coagulation link of hemostasis and thrombinemia.
