MODERN PATHOGENETIC ASPECTS OF EARLY DIAGNOSTICS BY INNOVATIVE METHODS AND TREATMENT OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Ziyaeva I.D., Andijan State Medical Institute.

Resume,

According to the World Health Organization, 54% of strokes and 47% of cases of coronary heart disease are a direct result of high blood pressure, which, therefore, takes its place among the main risk factors for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. The decrease in the frequency of strokes in recent decades is largely due to a decrease in blood pressure. Although the epidemiological relationship between high blood pressure and cardiovascular morbidity and mortality is well known, and although there is sufficient evidence to substantiate antihypertensive treatment, blood pressure is often not properly controlled. Either blood pressure is not measured, or the doctor does not respond to high blood pressure values, or treatment is not provided optimally, or the patient does not take the necessary medications regularly. In patients suffering from treatment-resistant hypertension, it is not possible to adequately control blood pressure, even if the patient regularly takes the prescribed medication.

Keywords. Blood pressure, morbidity, mortality, medicine, treatment.
