DORSALGIA IN MILITARY SERVICEMENS OF URGENT SERVICE, FEATURES OF THE COURSE AND APPROACHES TO THERAPY

Resume,
The aim of the study was to study the structure of primary dorsalgia in military servicemen (n = 450). Lumbar pain prevailed. The main factors behind the occurrence of back pain were weight lifting and excessive physical effort. Acute and subacute variants of the course of dorsalgia were observed. Among dorsalgia, reflex and muscle-tonic syndromes prevailed. The approaches to the treatment of conscripts with back pain are described.
