Resume,

Effective treatment of arterial hypertension helps control pressure and prevent its complications. This article Discusses the effectiveness of clinical modern methods of combination therapy for the treatment of arterial hypertension – angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and calcium antagonists as fixed and free combinations. The analysis of clinical results using a free and fixed combination of lisinopril and amlodipine is discussed. The clinical benefits of the fixed combination and the positive aspects of treatment are highlighted.
