FEATURES OF THE FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF THE HEART IN PATIENTS WITH INTRADIALEAL HYPOTONY

Resume,

This article provides an assessment of the effectiveness of various approaches to the correction and prevention of episodes of hypotension in patients undergoing program hemodialysis (HD), as well as an assessment of systolic and diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle in the development of syndialysis hypotension. Diastolic disorders associated with syndialic hypotension have been established. It was shown that patients with severe left ventricular hypertrophy are predisposed to syndialic hypotension, while having an extension of the time to slow the early diastolic flow. In patients with syndialysis hypotension, a decrease in the ejection fraction of the left ventricle was established during hemodialysis.
