Resume,

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of transvaginal ultrasound: the purpose of the study is to systematize ultrasound signs of the endometrium in B- mode and determine the frequency of their occurrence. A prospective analysis of ultrasound data was performed in 120 women of the second period of middle age using combined oral contraceptives. Verification: colposcopy, cytological and histological examination of the endometrium. The comparison group consisted of 31 women without gynecological pathology (P > 0.05).
