Resume,
In our clinical study, patients £40 years old hospitalized for acute coronary syndrome were included, analyze risk factors and determine the variables associated with the prognosis. The study was conducted for patients hospitalized between 2018 and 2019. inclusive (123 consecutive cases hospitalized between 2018 and 2019) selected from the general population, selected by gender and age. Outcome control variables included mortality, the likelihood of survival without readmission for heart-related problems, the degree of coronary heart disease, as determined by coronary angiography and cardiovascular risk factors. The average age was 36.4 ± 3.8 years, 84.7% of the participants were men. The main part was myocardial infarction with an abnormal Q wave (48%) and damage to one vessel (44.7%). The nosocomial mortality rate was 1.6%.
Key words: acute coronary syndrome, prognosis, risk factors, young age.
