In order to diagnose and evaluate the clinical and neuropsychological characteristics of cognitive impairment, 80 patients with ehromc cerebral ischemia were examined. The treatment was carried out for              12 weeks with the with preparations of cerebroprotective therapy. Examinations showed the therapeutic effectiveness of these drugs: a significant reduction in asthenoneurotic, psycho-vegetative disorders, emotional lability and increased anxiety, as well as a positive effect on cognitive functions. The correction of general neurological symptoms in patients treated with these drugs were more pronounced than in the group of basic therapy. They can slow the progression of the pathological process and provide long-term improvement in the quality of life.
