Resume,

This report provides retrospective analysis about results of treatment of 250 patients with inguinal hernia using Liechtenstein methodic. It is inducated that the overall frequency of developing early post-surgical complications was 15.6 %( 39), 10.4 %( 26) of patients had minor scrotal edema, in 5.2 %( 13) cases malfunction of iliac groin sensitivity was present. No mortalities were recorded.

Results conducted     distantly   using phone  survey   were  being  examined  during  5  years   after  the  surgery.  102

Patients (40.8%) experienced no hernia relapse. 18 patients (17.6%) had a minor pain syndrome in the area of surgery.
