Strokes are one of the most important problems of modern society, being the main reason for the deep and prolonged disability of the population. More than 15 million strokes are registered annually in the world. According to WHO, in economically developed countries, stroke stroke is the third leading cause of death, second only to coronary heart disease and cancer. Acute cerebrovascular accidents (stroke) occupy second place in the structure of total mortality and 11th place among all causes of disability in the Russian Federation (4). In Uzbekistan, more than 60 thousand stroke cases (stroke) are registered annually. Disability after strokes in Uzbekistan is 83.8%, the percentage of hospital mortality is 17.2% [11]. Issues of improving medical care and subsequent rehabilitation for strokes is the most relevant scientific and practical tasks of modern neurology. The huge economic and social damage resulting from vascular diseases of the brain requires the development of clear, standardized, high-tech measures in the first hours of the disease.
