Resume,

In this article, the author studied the treatment outcomes in 40 patients with a fractures lower jaw from row of teeth. Patients were divided into 2 groups, group 1 patients were treated using interdental braces, and group 2 patients were treated with titanium mini-plates osteosynthesis surgery using screws. The results compared the treatments of patients with fractures of the mandibular bone row and concluded that osteosynthesis treatment with titanium miniplates and screws was a relatively effective method. This method reduced the duration of incapacity for work by 3 times, prevented trauma to periodontal tissue and teeth, as well as led to early recovery of chewing function.

Keywords: osteosynthesis, fracture, lower jawbone, annular tire, titanium miniplate, minivint, row of teeth, treatment.
