The article is devoted to clarifying the criteria for varicose veins of the uterus and ovaries in 120 women of the first and second period of middle age using various means of contraception.. In all women, the venous system of the uterus and ovaries was studied using transabdominal and transvaginal echography. With varicose veins of the pelvis, the diameter of the main venous collectors of the uterus and ovaries increases. The given criteria for varicose veins in the uterus and ovaries allow for differential diagnosis of the disease in all major age-related biological periods of a woman’s life.
