Resume,
The article analyzes the current aspects of the etiology and pathogenesis of extended tracheal stenosis in combination with anterior wall defects and acquired tracheo-esophageal fistulas, the problems of their clinical, endoscopic and CT diagnostics. The authors believe that the development of surgery makes it possible to perform simultaneous resection operations for tracheal stenosis in combination with anterior wall defects and tracheo-esophageal fistulas. Analyzing modern approaches to the radical surgical treatment of tracheal scar stenosis, it is concluded that CRT should be performed not only for limited stenosis without severe concomitant pathology, but also for tracheomalacia, restenosis and anterior tracheal wall defect after laryngotracheoplasty, as well as the presence of TEF after ineffective attempts to eliminate endoscopic and surgical methods.
