Resume,
The study ofpath biochemical processes due to combined injuries to assess the effectiveness of treatment of patients is relevant. A clear understanding of these processes in a growing childhood organism is of particular importance.
This article studies the predictive values of some biochemical blood parameters that determine the outcome of traumatic injuries, responsible for carbohydrate, pigment, protein metabolism, as well as the functional state of the liver and kidneys in 104 . children with combined trauma due to traffic accidents. The biochemical criteria for evaluating adverse outcomes are shown in a prognostic plan.
