Resume,

The article provides an analysis of the literature on the problem of induced childbirth in pregnancy. For the timely development of labor and a smooth course of labor, complete readiness and coordinated interaction of all parts of the mother-placenta-fetus system are necessary. With an increase in the duration of reshaping, the frequency of surgery significantly increases: cesarean section, hypotonic bleeding, perineal injuries, the birth of children with neonatal pathology and an increase in perinatal losses. In this regard, it is necessary to find prognostic tests to identify the prognosis of the course of childbirth, as well as to develop the most rational method of delivery to achieve a decrease in the frequency of complications, both from the mother and the fetus.
