Resume

The literature review provides data on methods for correcting hemodynamic disorders of newborns with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), which are on respiratory support. A modern view of the antihypertensive effectiveness of some infusion media and vasoactive drugs is presented. The results of studies of modern methods for correcting systemic hypotension in RDS of newborns with a view to maintaining adequate perfusion of target organs are discussed.
