EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY OF ANESTHESIA METHODS WHEN CONDUCTING BRONCHOSCOPY IN CHILDREN

Resume

The article presents the results of the analysis of the effectiveness and safety of anesthesia methods for bronchoscopy, performed on an emergency basis in 45 children aged 6 months. up to 14 years old. The patient group was divided on the basis of the urgency of the intervention and from the methods of anesthesia. The parameters of central hemodynamics were studied depending on  the  stage   of anesthesia. The  influence of   some anesthetic son the parameters of central hemodynamics was studied. It was found that during anesthesia with sevoflurane, significant fluctuations in hemodynamic parameters were not observed, in addition, that sevoflurane increases the dose of these drugs.
