Resume

Relevance. According to the current domestic and foreign literature, 15-20% of patients with herniated discs, who have undergone surgery in the coming years, are subjected to repeated surgical interventions for other surgical diseases. The purpose of the study is to improve the quality of treatment of patients with ventricular hernia, by reducing the frequency and aggravation of complications after simultaneous and reconstructive operations on the peritoneal cavity and organs.

Materials and methods of research. The study included the results of treatment of 197 patients with simultaneous pathology of the abdominal cavity and abdominal wall, admitted to the surgical department of the 1st clinic of the Samarkand State Medical Institute. Depending on the tactics of preoperative training and the choice of surgical intervention, patients are conditionally divided into two groups: In 2012-2015. operated 93 (47.2%) patients who formed a comparison group. From 2016 to 2019. we observed 104 (52.8%) patients who were included in the main group.

The results of the study. To evaluate the effectiveness of the results of treatment of patients in comparable groups as the main criteria used the following parameters: – Abdominal complications of the early postoperative period; – extrauterine complications of the early postoperative period; – early complications in the early postoperative period.

Keywords: ventral hernia, simultaneous pathology, abdominal pain, simultaneous surgery, complication, relapse.
