Resume

The basis of the work is the survey data of 118 patients with generalized tuberculosis who underwent comprehensive treatment according to the standard, of which 91 (77.1 %) cases had pulmonary tuberculosis with tuberculosis spondylitis, and genitourinary tuberculosis with tuberculosis spondylitis – in 8 (6, 7%), osteoarticular tuberculosis with tuberculosis spondylitis – multiple organ tuberculosis – in 12 (10.2%), peripheral lymph nodes tuberculosis with tuberculosis spondylitis – in 7 (5.9%), exudative pleurisy with tuberculosis spondylitis – in 7 (5, 9%) patients, and 6 (5.1%) ) patients diagnosed with tuberculosis of three systems. All patients underwent radical reconstructive spinal surgery for health reasons and in 100% of cases positive results were obtained. A bacteriological study of the obtained surgical material, sputum and urine with molecular genetic (Gene Expert, HAIN Test) methods and methods of inoculation on liquid (MGite BACTEK 960) or solid (Levenshtein-Jensen) medium with subsequent detection of the sensitivity of mycobacterium tuberculosis to anti-tuberculosis drugs and the application of these methods improved treatment outcomes.
