MORPHOMETRY OF VISCERAL LYMPHONOSES OF DIFFERENT LOCALIZATION IN PREECLAMPSIA

 Resume

Objective of the study. Morphometric comparative analysis of the structural organization of lymph nodes of different localization with an assessment of the comparative structural coefficients of different zones of the lymph node in preeclampsia.

Material et methods:A comparative analysis of the structural organization of lymph nodes of different localization with an assessment of the effect of preeclampsia was carried out.

Resultants:Lymph nodes of different localization of women who died during pregnancy were studied in two groups: the control group, the comparison group – women who died from other diseases and preeclampsia. It was noted that with preeclampsia, the morphometric indicators of the morphofunctional zones of the lymph nodes of all localizations underwent changes. In the paratracheal lymph nodes, the area of the lymphoid follicles, paracortex and pulp cords expanded, while the occupied area of other zones decreased. In the mesenteric and subhepatic lymph nodes, a more reliable increase in the area of lymphoid follicles and pulp cords was observed. In the sub-splenic lymph nodes, a significant expansion of the paracortex area was noted and was almost twice as large as in the control of the same group. In these lymph nodes, a significant decrease in the area of the cortex and sinuses of the medullary layer was also noted.
