Resume,
The materials (1639 people) for the study were collected within 6 years. Epidemiological, clinical, biochemicals, instrumental and morphological criteria for sudden cardiac death (BCC) were used. The incidence of BCC was 42.5% in the female population and 57.5% in the male population (P <0.05). Attention is drawn to the increase in the number of cases of SCD from 20-29 and 30-39 years of age. A differentiated approach is required to develop ways to prevent ARV in different age and ethnic groups of the population, taking into account epidemiological trends.
