Resume,

Purpose of the study. To study the dynamics of admission of patients with esophageal-gastric bleeding of portal genesis in various regions of the Ferghana Valley and evaluate the structure of medical care provided.

Research materials. For the period from 2014 to 2018. 1931 patients with esophageal-gastric bleeding of portal genesis were hospitalized in three regional branches (Andijan, Namangan and Ferghana), from 248 to 532 patients annually.

The Results of the study. In structure rendered help for stop of the bleeding 281 (14,6%) sick is executed endoscopic sclerotherapy, 280 (14,5%) – ligation and 373 (19,3%) patient – diathermocoagulation. In the crude structure share endoscopic interference has formed 48,4% (934 stick). The Traditional operations on stop of the bleeding from varicose veins of the esophagus and stomach are made only 46 (2,4%) sick for the whole five-year period. It Is Noted that frequency mortality on background this awesome complication PG cannot reflect the real picture, having formed whole 10,1% (195 stick) that is probably connected with extract patient in heavy condition on insistence relative. Opposite, the factor postoperative mortality turned out to be true and corresponded to the literature data. So, from 46 handled sick has died 18 that has formed 39,1%. Follows to note that on all considered branch surgical activity turned out to be extremely low then even under developed endoscopic to service, share opened operation must be much above, particularly for patient with sub – and compensate by current cirrhosis of the liver in view of high risk of the relapse bleeding syndrome.

The Findings. Milestone treatment at a rate of regional emergency звe^a public healths cannot be final for majority patient, since bleeding syndrome portal genesis is characterized not nly by high risk mortality already under the first his (its) episode, but also radio frequency of the relapse at nearest period since moment of the taken place bleeding from varicose veins of the esophagus and stomach. Accordingly, at presence of the evidences to undertaking preventive action, patients must make way to specialized surgical subdivisions for continuation of the examination and choice optimum tacticians’ surgical treatment.

Key words: cirrhosis liver, portal hypertension, bleedings from varicose extended vein gullets and belly.
