Resume

The article analyzes the literature on the epidemiology, etiology, classification and clinical manifestations of pituitary macroadenomas. The literature data are presented, indicating the features of the manifestations of pituitary macroadenomas, taking into account their localization and postoperative complications. The authors describe clinical cases of patients with pituitary macroadenomas.
