Resume,

The data of a literature review on the study of etiology, epidemiology, clinical features, and methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by S.pyogenes are presented. The prevalence, severity of the disease, the high incidence of adverse outcomes underlines the relevance of diseases caused by S.pyogenes. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the vigilance of practical doctors for timely diagnosis of streptococcal disease and choose the right therapy and prevention of complications from infections, caused by S.pyogenes.
