THE IMPORTANCE OF A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH AND SOCIAL FACTORS IN ENSURING LABOR EFFICIENCY

Resume

In a modern market economy, every manufacturing enterprise wants to make good profits, expand production, open new production facilities, regional branches and expand its activities. Therefore, the study of the human factor and its influence on the labor process as the basis for increasing production efficiency based on socio-economic requirements is important from the point of view of its relevance for ongoing reforms in theory and practice. The article highlights the most important role of a person in work and social factors associated with his social status at work.
