Resume
Since hypertensive disorders during pregnancy are associated with high rates of maternal and perinatal mortality, it is important that obstetricians identify severe cases with a difficult prognosis in a timely manner. The levels of interleukin-1b, interleukin-10 and TNF-α were determined in I , II and III trimesters of pregnancy to determine the risk of preeclampsia. Although the final pathogenesis of this pathology has yet to be clarified, on the basis of this it will be possible to develop an adequate therapy algorithm to save the life of the mother and child.
Key words: pregnancy, fetus, genes, preeclampsia
