EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF DISEASES OF THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE ORAL CAVITY AND MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF COMBINED THERAPY

Resume

The high prevalence of diseases of the oral mucosa makes an urgent problem of their timely detection. Many diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity are background for the development of malignant neoplasms, therefore, for their earlier detection, it is necessary to use screening methods. The fluorescence ability of the tissues of the oral mucosa in various diseases was investigated in comparison with the norm using blue light. The ability of healthy tissue to fluoresce uniformly in shades of blue has been revealed. In diseases of the oral mucosa, the use of this method gives a more complete picture, the boundaries of the lesion, reveals hidden lesions with the possibility of early diagnosis and prevention of diseases of the oral mucosa, including precancerous. The implementation of modern fluorescence screening allows for pre-nosological diagnostics that contribute to the prevention of the oral mucosa of the disease, including precancerous diseases. The effectiveness of the proposed methods of treatment is scientifically proven that the described methods are recommended for implementation in generally accepted practice.
