MODERN TREATMENT OF VENOUS THROMBOEMBOLIC COMPICATIONS
WITH ANTICOAGULANTS: POSSIBLE RIVAROXABAN

Resume

A prospective clinical study was carried out to assess the efficacy, safety and convenience of the main therapy for venous thrombosis with an oral anticoagulant from the first day of treatment. The study included patients admitted to the surgical department of the Bukhara branch of the RSCEMP with instrumentally verified acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities. The study included 47 patients who, starting from the first day, were prescribed an anticulant at 15 mg 2 times a day for up to 3 weeks from the start of therapy, then switched to a single daily tablet form at a clinical dose of up to 20 mg of drugs. The duration of treatment was 3 months for distal thrombosis, 6 months for provoked proximal venous thrombosis with reversible risk factors; for a long time (more than 12 months) with idiopathic, recurrent DVT, as well as venous thrombosis, which developed against the background of the presence of irreversible risk factors (cancer).

Over the entire observation period, no hemorrhagic complications, recurrence or progression of venous thrombosis, or the development of pulmonary embolism were recorded. Research has shown that once daily use of anticoagulants provides good adherence to treatment and a low risk of bleeding.

Key words: venous thromboembolic complications, deep vein thrombosis, oral anticoagulants, pulmonary embolism
