PECULIARITIES OF DISORDERS OF MENSTRUAL FUNCTION AND THEIR CORRECTION IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS

Resume

According to some authors, among the general pathology of the genital area in adolescence, menstrual irregularities occupy the first place. Despite the high prevalence (40-64%) of menstrual irregularities among girls, many questions concerning the etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis and treatment of this disease remain unresolved. This is evidenced by frequent relapses of the disease and insufficient effectiveness of treatment, impaired reproductive function in fertile I age.

In adolescence, girls undergo a complex process of formation of the reproductive system, the maturation of hypothalamic structures is completed, a stable rhythm of secretion of gonadotropic hormones is established. The physiological course of puberty largely determines the further the ability of girls to conceive, carry a pregnancy, give birth and breastfeeding. Diseases of the reproductive system of adolescents, their chronicity worsen the prognosis in relation to the full formation of the generative function.
