Resume

Myopia is the most common refractive error, with the progression of which there are a number of serious complications from the organ of vision, leading to disability in young people of working age, as 70% of myopes are people aged 20-40 years. Myopia is associated with eye complications such as retinal detachment, glaucoma, cataracts, changes in the optic nerve head and maculopathy. The combination of physiotherapy and acupuncture has been proven to be effective in mild myopia. The best result in moderate myopia was shown by a complex treatment combination of acupuncture and post-isometric relaxation of the neck muscles during physiotherapy.
